Payment Options:

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard & Visa.
Net 30 terms are also accepted upon approved credit. Allow 4 weeks for approval.
No tax is charged on your order.
No tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Texas.
No tax is charged on orders shipped outside of Texas.

Shipping:

In most cases, orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Please contact us if you need to specify a ship date.

Returns:

Prior authorization must be received from us or returned merchandise will be refused. Please call 1-800-725-4807 for a return authorization number.
A credit memo will be issued for returned merchandise. No cash refunds.
A 30% restocking fee will be charged on any merchandise returned due to error on the part of the customer.
Claims for defective merchandise, shortage, or merchandise damaged in transit must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.
Claims for merchandise lost in transit must be made with us and we will issue a tracer through the carrier.
